Unkitawa hosts cultural, arts, and ceremonial events every month. Unkitawa promotes from within and offers professional development and training opportunities to help team members excel. Employees may work remotely or on a flexible/hybrid schedule depending on the job duties and task requirements.

Unkitawa is a 501c3 Non-Profit organization formed by an All-Indigenous staff, senior staff, and board of directors.
